RMA's - Data Recovery Policy

All Buffalo RMA's are replaced with functional units.

 

Buffalo cannot be held responsible for lost data. All data recovery will need to be performed by the user before sending in the defective unit.

If unable to access data on a drive due to damage such as that mentioned above, consider contacting an independent data recovery service.
